Company announces non-executive director of the board will become interim chairman

AMSTERDAM, Aug 12 (Reuters) - Coffee and tea company JDE Peets (JDEPAS) said on Monday that its interim CEO and chairman Luc Vandevelde has stepped down and that a non-executive director of the board will become the interim chairman.
